  1. I bought this backpack for graduate school after my last backpack got thrashed by my dog. I needed something that is stylish enough for school yet capable of acting like an everyday carry bag during internship or work without looking out of place. This bag does the job, it looks good and is made of sturdy fabric. I enjoy the colorway since it hides dirt and smudges which means I do not have to clean it all the time. The USB charging port is a nice feature; the inside pocket is capable of holding my bigger power banks though I wished the charging port is little higher so I can place my phone in the side pocket and charge on the go ( still able to do it, but it a little difficult). There is a padded section for laptops. I was able to put in my Asus Zenbook in with plenty of space left.Pros:1. Overall design2. Material does not feel flimsy (not water proof though)3. the grayish colorway, help dusty and ink stay hidden4. Padded laptop section-a must for modern backpacks5. USB port for chargingCons:1. Port could be designed better, currently, there is no good way to use port on the go(no place to hold to electronic device)2. Laptop section padding, it is padded which is nice, but I still felt it could use more padding since I abuse my backpack lot.

  2. Ideal for travel. I like the fashionable design of the bag. Has a built in USB cable on the inside where you can plug a portable power bank and then has a port on the outside of the bag where you can plug in your phone to charge. Nice and spacious pockets with cool leather stitching and design. Holds my MacBook Air well and has room for light travel accessories. Ideal for taking on airplanes. Overall happy with the purchase.

  3. This backpack is really nice for everyday office use, but not great for travel. I did get compliments from several people and I like the look of the bag. It is a great size for someone like me (short.) My last backpack was half as tall as I am. It also carried more than I thought it would from the pictures. I had my surface tablet, work files, cords, assorted office supplies and still had room for a small purse, gloves and scarf. That being said, there wasn`t a way to secure it to my suitcase (which I didn`t think about until after I ordered it.) It would be nice if it had a flap you could slide over the suitcase handle. The small zip pocket on the front was also a little tight once I had a few items in it (gum, Kleenex, etc.) I was able to use the side pocket for my cell phone, but call me crazy, I prefer my phone is secured in a zip pocket. In other words, I wish there was one more outside zip pocket that I could use for cell phone, license and credit card for easy access in the airport. Not a deal breaker, but nice to have. The fact that you can`t secure it to the suitcase was a bigger issue. The straps also slipped several times, so I finally tied a knot in them to keep there where I wanted on my back. I have a battery charger, but didn`t find that feature very functional. I could not get the cord provided to fit securely enough to stay in place. Once you have other items in the bag, it`s not so easy to access. I just pulled my battery charger out and used it the old fashion way.Overall good bag and I will certainly use it for my daily trips to and from the office. Will continue to look for a more functional travel bag.

  4. For some reason, these backpacks were really popular this year. This backpack is very cute and held up with no problem to a year of use so far, and I put it through a fair amount of strain. I can saw with certainty that it can hold a full 3in binder, 1 large textbook, a Microsoft surface tablet, a lab notebook, and all the pencils, pens, calculators, cellphones you could want without problem (the weight on your back is a different problem though). I am very happy with this backpack and look forward to stuffing it full of various textbooks in the future. To another year of college and crippling debt!

  5. Simply a GREAT backpack… only downside I see to it is the size is maybe a little small for people who carry lots of books. But most of my books are PDFs… all I carry is a surface pro and some notebooks in this backpack and it is great for that. The best thing about this backpack is the appearance of it in my opinion. It has almost an old fashion feel to it with the leather, but it is a modern style backpack with a nice compartment to hold a laptop.

  6. November 2018 update: About a month and a half after purchase, one of the buttons snapped off the front. I contacted Modoker for support and they were absolutely fantastic in their speed and problem resolution. If you buy this bag, you can feel confident that it comes with excellent customer support. Original review follows.I bought this for my daughter who just started her freshman year at college. She`s an art major, so she hauls this along with her portfolio daily. It easily holds all her books and feels pretty durable. The biggest problem we usually encounter with backpacks is ripping from the weight of textbooks. The backpack is USB enabled which allows her to keep her portable battery safely stored away and she charges her phone through the passthrough cable to the bag`s exterior. The design is really nice. I was slightly disappointed that it was faux denim instead of real but it still looks good nonetheless. So far, she is very happy with the bag.

  7.  Get this bag. It’s seriously awesome. I travel a ton for work and play and recently got this bag to hold all my gadgets when traveling. Super happy with the magnetic closures on the front and all the little pockets on the inside.
